Two Hour Maids, INC. provides residential and commercial cleaning services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing is based on the service selected at time of booking and may vary based on home size, add-ons, or service frequency.

2. Booking and Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as specified during checkout. We accept the payment methods presented on our booking form. Prices are subject to change; any changes will be reflected before you confirm your booking.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please review the cancellation window listed on our booking page. Cancellations made after this window, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee to compensate our cleaning teams for reserved time.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a completed cleaning, contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue, which may include a re-clean or other resolution at our discretion.

5. Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

By checking the SMS opt-in box on our booking form, you agree to receive automated text messages from Two Hour Maids, INC., including appointment confirmations, arrival notices, and service reminders.
