Book by text
Text the unit and its size, like "Unit 4B, 2 bed 2 bath, Friday". We text back a price and open times, and you reply with the one you want. Several units in one text is fine. Your price comes from the unit size at the rate on your account. After five smooth bookings, your account can book automatically. We do not promise same-day turnovers.
Your private portal
- Every building and every turnover in one place: unit, date, size, estimate and status (waiting for your yes, booked, cleaned, needs attention, cancelled).
- Add buildings any time.
- The link is private to your account. We can replace it any time, and the old link stops working at once.
- It never shows door or alarm codes, phone numbers or internal notes.
Billing and teams
- One monthly statement per account, broken down by building, due in 15 days.
- A preferred team for each building, two people per turnover.
