How it works
- Free walkthrough. We walk your building with you and build its checklist, room by room.
- One monthly price. You get a plain proposal with the checklist and the price.
- A preferred team for your building. Same checklist every visit, and a lock-up checklist before we leave.
- A 15-minute walk with you every month to keep everything right.
Plain contracts
Month to month, 30 days' notice, no exit fee. Your price is locked for 12 months. Choose a 12-month term and save 5%. Holiday visits are credited.

Who comes
Our cleaners are W-2 employees, never subcontractors. Background checks for every new hire. We are insured, and we send proof of insurance on request.
